Job Description
  • Validation and timely processing of invoices using Kofax
  • Manage the end-to-end process of invoice handling, from receipt and validation to coding, approval, and payment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any issues related to invoicing and payments promptly.
  • Utilise AP automation tools to analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to AP processes and automation systems.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor ageing reports
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on experience in AP automation systems, preferably Kofax
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
