We are seeking experienced care professionals to provide direct support to patients in an acute care environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for aged care nursing and a commitment to providing exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role- Provide direct care activities to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with patient care interventions as directed by Registered and Enrolled Nurses
- Contribute to collecting accurate health information and maintaining accurate documentation
Candidates must have a strong understanding of patient care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential, along with current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing authority.

Our CentreWe are a 104-bed residential aged care facility that specialises in providing person-centred care to people living with Advanced Dementia.
Our residents are supported by multidisciplinary Medical, Nursing and Allied Health staff, as well as a Corporate and Hotel services team.
The centre is located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by bushland and walking trails.
