Senior Bid Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to spearhead the bidding process for our infrastructure projects across Australia.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong organizational skills, meticulous documentation, and project management approach. As a central point of contact, you will foster effective communication among internal stakeholders and coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure bid submissions meet the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Bid Coordinator in construction and engineering, preferably at senior level. You will be required to analyze complex information, identify opportunities, and devise winning bid strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.

You will work closely with engineering, finance, and legal teams to create winning bid strategies and prepare, review, and edit bid documents. Proficiency in bid management software and MS Office Suite is essential, with expertise in creating professional proposals and presentations.
