We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Operations Leader to join our dynamic clinical team in Hobart, Tasmania, on a full-time basis. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents.

The successful candidate will lead the planning, allocation, and delegation of duties, ensuring the delivery of care according to documented policies and procedures. You will contribute to effective human, material, and fiscal resource management while achieving best practice clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team in delivering high-quality resident care
  • Plan and allocate duties to ensure efficient care delivery
  • Contribute to resource management and budgeting
  • Maintain high-level clinical skills and knowledge as an experienced Registered Nurse

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care
  • Working knowledge of quality agency standards, documentation standards, residents' rights, and relevant legislation
  • Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice
