Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive at Pharmiweb, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for communication and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Account Expansion and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Account Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
  • Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years sales experience in the CRO industry and a minimum of 6 years sales experience in total with demonstrated sales success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the clinical development process and strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
