
Executive Support Professional

As a key member of the administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination of John Hunter Children's Hospital's Outpatient Department. The department sees approximately 27,000 children per year and is supported by 40 different specialists.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Acute Service Manager to manage day-to-day workflow and prioritization. You will provide high-level secretarial support using Health Roster, Diary Management, and assist in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, experience to prioritize workloads, and excellent organizational abilities with an eye for visual detail and tone.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience

- Strong organizational abilities with an eye for visual detail and tone
