Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior Client Services Specialist. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for processing superannuation administration activities and providing expert support to our leadership team.

  • Manage and process superannuation administration work items end-to-end, including customer liaison via phone and email.
  • Contribute to basic project work to support the leadership team.
  • Liaise with advisors, solicitors, promoters, trustees, members, and peers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

As a Senior Client Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop into a subject matter expert and make a meaningful contribution to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality checking and timely record keeping.
  • Maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Reporting monthly on work volumes, SLA adherence, and systemic issues across all activities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a computer for at least 90% of a 7.5-hour workday, five days a week (or pro-rated for part-time employees).
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly with all key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel worksheets.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Microsoft Word documents.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or dispute resolution environment.
