Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior hotel or hospitality management, focusing on operations and profitability.
  • Proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximisation.
  • Strong leadership to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in guest relations and delivering high customer service standards.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and P&L analysis.
  • Knowledge of Body Corporate and strata management processes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills for multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
