Job Title: Senior Procurement Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Procurement Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating procurement planning and sourcing strategies, providing strategic advice on innovative procurement solutions, and leading a team of procurement advisors.

The ideal candidate will have a high-level understanding of procurement management principles, policies, and legislation, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to meet business needs
  • Provide expert advice on procurement matters to stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement advisors
  • Prepare and administer contracts and procurement documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as procurement or supply chain management
  • Significant experience in procurement, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement management principles, policies, and legislation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
