Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the hotel property, including units, equipment, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including equipment readings, service reports, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, engineering, and/or construction is preferred.
  • Qualifications in a trade are highly valued.
  • Previous experience working in hotel or resort settings is advantageous.
