Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Communications Therapist to lead service development, mentor junior clinicians, and deliver high-quality therapy to clients with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive communications therapy services to clients with diverse needs
  • Lead and mentor junior clinicians to foster professional growth and development
  • Support the growth of our therapy service
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic client outcomes
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and conduct functional assessments
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and contribute to service improvements

About You

Certified Communications Therapist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in adult or pediatric settings

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Experience working with adults and/or children in a rehabilitation setting

Experience with assessment and prescription of communication devices (highly desirable)

Passion for evidence-based, client-centered care

Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and support junior clinicians

A proactive and innovative mindset - ready for what's next
