Lead Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Physiotherapist to lead our clinical team in Darwin.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a team of multi-disciplinary professionals providing support services to Australians living with disabilities from ages 7-65 years.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage a private practice under the NDIS framework including case management and service delivery strategies
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to other therapists in the team driving professional development and excellence
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and report writing ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
  • Foster effective service delivery through appropriate information systems and statistical maintenance promoting efficiency and productivity
  • Initiate and implement business development projects driving growth and expansion
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
  • Relevant licensing and registration with AHPRA
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Disability/Community Rehab with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Management experience and qualifications desirable
  • NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, NDIS Worker Orientation module, Police check, Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence and evidence of Australian work rights required
