Job Title: Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and addressing the business needs of our clients.

  • You will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with internal partners to achieve client objectives.

Additionally, you will manage escalated participant issues resulting from systemic or process issues, while also recognizing and managing risk. You will provide technical support and assistance on client reporting for a block of business.

The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues that may affect the accuracy of technical specifications.

You will need to manage modifications based on specific client needs.

A key aspect of this position is accumulating data and providing recommendations to clients on identified trends and issues.

You will serve as the source of knowledge concerning the needs of specific plans/programs.
