Fetch is a leading builder in the Eastern suburbs, specializing in detailed new builds and refurbishments in the Health, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Community, and Aged Care marketplace.
The Role
- Administer contracts (main/subcontracts) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Setup and maintain project letting schedules to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, and schedules to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Accurately review and evaluate subcontract tenders to ensure best value for Fetch.
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations to maintain project timelines.
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims, to ensure financial transparency.
- Administer RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients to resolve queries efficiently.
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements to deliver exceptional results.
About You
- Degree-qualified or relevant experience in construction administration.
- A solid network of local subcontractors to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Construction industry as a Contract Administrator.
