About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Assistant to join our organization on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage administrative duties, and work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk coverage and phone-based inquiries
- General administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
- Support with event planning and travel coordination
- Invoice processing and quality record-keeping
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in customer service or administration
- Ability to adapt to a diverse range of enquiries
- Sound understanding of policies and procedures
- High level of computer literacy skills
