**Job Opportunity: Part-Time Receptionist Role**

Are you a highly skilled and organized individual looking for a part-time receptionist position? Wallis Drilling has an exciting opportunity available.

As a part-time receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Handling up to 30 client phone calls daily with a positive and customer-focused attitude;
  • Collecting and distributing mail to appropriate personnel and divisions;
  • Performing various administrative tasks as directed.
