Job Title: Senior Clinical Governance Project Manager

Join our team as a Senior Clinical Governance Project Manager and lead the planning and management of clinical governance projects and initiatives. Work closely with the Program Manager to achieve the objectives of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake project management activities including project planning and documentation, implementation, monitoring and reporting on progress.
  • Develop stakeholder consultation strategies and coordinate formal consultation processes.
  • Liaise with and foster productive working relationships with other agencies, clinical organisations, consumer groups, government authorities, industry bodies and contractors.
  • Review, analyse and summarise published literature, data, policy papers and other published material to inform policy and program direction.
  • Prepare high-quality written reports, briefs and other documents for a range of audiences on complex healthcare issues.
Requirements:
  • Highly developed and excellent project management skills and experience.
  • Experience in analysing evidence and developing conceptual models and approaches to complex problems.
  • Highly developed communication skills including an excellent ability to present, negotiate, influence and consult.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to cultivate positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write high-quality documents for a variety of audiences and in different formats.
What You'll Get:

This is an 18-month non-ongoing opportunity paying $116,406 plus 15.4% superannuation. You'll be working in a highly supportive and close-knit team in a hybrid model; 2 days from home and 3 days in the office based in Sydney's CBD.
