About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Study Manager to join our team at Pfizer. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for managing clinical studies, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve study objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study timelines and budgets are met
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues related to study activation and monitoring
  • Work closely with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and data management functions to ensure data flow and timely delivery
  • Forecast and manage clinical trial budgets for programs
  • Provide input to country and regional level initiatives to improve operational efficiencies
  • Evaluate study progress reports and results for compliance and recommend corrective action or study termination as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on project management and leadership
  • Applicable pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
