About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Governance & Assurance team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enforcing governance and compliance practices across our Delivery and Business Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leaders and Delivery teams to activate ways of working, governance practices, enhance frameworks and program/project reporting.
  • Facilitate key governance forums across three main pillars: Senior Leadership Partnership, Governance Controls & Value Delivery, and Continuous Improvement and Delivery Capability.
  • Lead the evolution of a culture of continuous learning and improvement through effective ways of working.
  • Ensure diligent application of delivery controls through continuous upskilling and practical learning experiences.
  • Enhance capability through coaching to drive consistency and adoption of appropriate tools and standards, leveraging governance practices to improve quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years Transformation and Delivery - Program Management related work experience.
  • Significant experience leading Complex, multistream Programs/Projects in a complex, global corporate or project consulting setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing large end-to-end projects involving various business areas.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated agile delivery, agile ways of working as well as waterfall.
  • Demonstrated change & risk management.
  • Analytical skills to analyse project health.
  • Ability to distil complex message and problems, simply.
  • Strong presentation development skills for Executive audiences.
  • Change management methodologies and Six sigma.
