The Senior Enterprise Technology Group Support Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, responsive and timely IT support to members and staff.

This key position assists the Team Leader in managing the Service Desk, ensuring adherence to ITIL processes, and providing technical expertise to team members and clients.
