Enterprise Technology Project Lead

A newly created position for a technology driven project leader to drive project delivery of a new Enterprise level system upgrade initiative across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF DEFINED PROJECTS & PROGRAMS:
    • Full project life-cycle planning and necessary preparation before and post project delivery phases.
    • End-to-end project management of specific technology initiatives, straddling both IT and business integration elements.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Work in alignment with the existing PMO structure set up and processes with responsibility to adhere to the overall framework.
    • Project managing technology workstream elements end-to-end within projects that cross divisions.
  • COLLABORATION WITH VENDORS:
    • Working closely with external Vendor Product company for which the system is being upgraded, collaborating with Vendors own technical teams and internal technical teams to drive successful project delivery milestones.
  • PROJECT SCOPE AND RESOURCE PLAN:
    • Taking responsibility for detailed project scope, schedule, budget and resource plan in consultation with project team members.
