Sales Excellence in Melbourne

As a Holiday Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales targets through effective management of the sales team. You will also support the Sales Director with staff recruitment, development, and site financial management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined sales targets by motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to provide training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team.
  • Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies to enhance sales.
  • Adhere to industry best practices and maintain ethical standards in all aspects of the position.
  • Participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Display leadership values by promoting effective communication, respecting colleagues, and empowering team members.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales, including supporting and managing high-volume sales teams. Your successful track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals is essential. Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers are crucial.
