About the Opportunity:

Mastermyne is a leading Australian mining contractor with a strong presence on the east coast. We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our long-established project team.

You will work a 7/7 day shift roster, rotating back-to-back with other coordinators. Your role will involve providing direction to Mastermyne employees and subcontractors, liaising with external representatives to achieve safety and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Complete reports, analyse data, and deliver results in agreed timeframes.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments, communicating findings to all personnel.
  • Actively promote and participate in mine safety among the workforce.
  • Ensure activities align with planned schedules.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Provide leadership to crew members, setting positive examples and assisting in team development.
  • Hold an Electrical Trade Certificate and S123/G2 Supervisory Certificates.
