As a long-term partner of BMA, Mastermyne has provided Conveyor Install Services to Broadmeadow Underground Coal Mine for over a decade. We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Coordinator to join our established project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction to Mastermyne employees and subcontractors to achieve safety and production targets.
  • Liaise with external representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Complete reports, analyse data, and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments and communicate findings to the team.
  • Actively promote and participate in mine safety initiatives.
  • Ensure activities align with the planned schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Provide leadership to crew members, setting a positive example and supporting team development.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on underground longwall & development conveyor installations.
  • Electrical Trade Certificate and S123/G2 Supervisory Certificates are mandatory.
