Commercial Growth Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Growth Specialist to drive our expansion in the workplace and commercial fitout sector. This pivotal role will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and executing plans to increase market share.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, an established network of institutional real estate relationships, and a proven track record in securing and managing high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the workplace and commercial fitout sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional real estate players, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project management and design teams to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Sales Background: Demonstrated experience in sales within the commercial construction or fitout industry.
  • Institutional Real Estate Relationships: Proven network and relationships with institutional real estate professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of workplace and commercial fitout trends, project requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and proactive.
