Key Responsibilities:

- Provide training and coaching to contractors to enhance engagement and performance

- Ensure quality assurance and file reviews meet service level agreements, quality standards, and outcome measures

- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships and generate repeat referrals through excellent service delivery

- Manage a small caseload to maintain technical expertise and professional membership

- Foster a positive team culture and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent

Requirements:

- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist with provisional or full registration; ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor

- 2 years' + experience in Workplace Rehabilitation

- Strong desire to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work

- Reliable vehicle and driver's licence

- Full COVID vaccination
