Reliability Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance & Engineering team at Amazon's Sort Center in Craigieburn. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Implement health and safety best practices in all work carried out, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, communicate effectively with affected teams, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing breakdowns, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance equipment availability and overall performance.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks, general building maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is a technically skilled and collaborative group of professionals who work together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We are guided by experienced leaders and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements- Formal trade qualification: Certificate III in Electrotechnology with a current electrical trade license.
- Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
- Experience with conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
- Experience working to appropriate health and safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with computer maintenance systems (CMMS).
- Experience with sortation machines.
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience maintaining/configuring bar code scanners.
- Experience with print and apply machines.
