Optimization Delivery Manager Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Optimization Delivery Manager to lead the team in our operations. As a key member, you will oversee the efficient delivery services by managing a team of delivery executives.

  • Directly manage a team of 500-850 delivery executives daily and coordinate their activities within zones.
  • Coach delivery executives through individual field training for better delivery experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance among delivery executives.
  • Manage voluntary attrition and address absconders by engaging regularly with the team.
  • Address delivery executive-level issues and escalate them to relevant teams as needed.
  • Minimize disruptions during strikes and provide cost, speed, and new launch insights.
  • Drive reactivations, reduce attritions, and foster referrals through engagement with delivery executives.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior fleet management experience is advantageous.
  • Must have access to a bike and be willing to travel within the city.
  • Work independently with minimal follow-ups and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage blue-collar workers effectively.
  • Familiarity with local geography and languages is essential.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude are crucial.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are must-haves.
  • Customer service skills and maintaining high levels of service quality are expected.
