**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers a broad and varied experience across the spectrum of occupational rehabilitation, with opportunities to work with clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for case management, applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals. You will also conduct assessments to support individuals in their return to health, work, and life goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct Initial Assessments, Worksite Assessments & Vocational Assessments to support someone in their return to health, work & life goals
- Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
