Are you ready to launch a career in civil construction? We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic trainees to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a Civil Construction Trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors and tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of tasks including:

  • Reading and interpreting plans and overviews
  • Carrying out measurements and calculations
  • Identifying, locating, and protecting underground services
  • Manual excavation and installation of trench support
  • Installing water mains and stormwater pipelines
  • Drainage and dewatering of civil construction sites

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a positive attitude. A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a white card are also essential requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A construction white card (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A can-do, positive attitude
  • Physical fitness
  • Desirable: Civil machinery tickets and ability to pass a police check
