Senior Collision Operations Manager

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead a team of professionals and drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure excellent results in customers, people, operations and financials.
- Manage resource scheduling and allocation.
- Oversee execution of work standards and production quality.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Drive continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
- Forecast and surpass goals through regular audits of shop operations.
- Build a culture of accountability and maintain the integrity of our brand, its processes, procedures and values.
- Provide coaching and feedback and have a deep understanding of team strengths and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in management within the collision industry or relevant work experience managing manufacturing, automotive or customer service industries.
- Leadership experience: Experience leading teams and managing diverse roles and responsibilities.
- Strong experience leading field and technical repair in fast-paced environments with strong customer-facing responsibilities.
- Solution-oriented with ability to identify root cause of problems and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to influence teams to achieve business targets.
