We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to lead our team in Altona.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of their own room, leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will be responsible for observing, informing, and continuously improving our teaching practices to ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $33.71 to $34.72 per hour. In addition to your compensation, you can enjoy various benefits, including:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
