We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. As a Non Executive Director, you will be responsible for upholding the values and mission of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the cultural, political, economic, and social context of the Pacific region. They will also need sufficient time to commit to Board work and be able to provide guidance for setting the direction of our organization.


The key responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of our organization, monitoring programs and activities to ensure alignment with the mission, and achieving short-term goals and long-term purpose. This requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.


The Board meets at least six times per year, and every member is required to be part of the General Assembly. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in governance and contribute to a dynamic organization.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
