About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key business partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective execution of our organisation's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead forecasting and planning activities, working closely with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources optimally.
  • Drive improvement and efficiency across marketing and sales teams, and help drive effective sales objectives, strategies, and programs.
  • Analyse GTM-related data, including sales performance, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive intelligence, to derive actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and optimize GTM processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across GTM operations.
  • Lead the tracking of sales performance against targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to drive alignment and optimise processes.

About You:

  • You have experience in an equivalent role in a SaaS or Technology business.
  • You possess highly developed stakeholder management and credible influencing skills.
  • You have advanced analytical problem-solving skills, strong data literacy, and strong commercial acumen.
  • You can prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have highly developed communication skills and can effectively communicate insights and recommendations from data.
  • A preference for experience or use of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle BI, or SQL queries is desirable.
