Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing territory plans, and negotiating commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and/or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a consultative selling approach.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Briefly overview job responsibilities:
    • Prospecting for new business opportunities across Victoria (SMB and Mid Market)
    • End-to-end sales including prospecting
    • Achieving monthly new business and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability in business development and/or sales, preferably SaaS
  • Experience in high-volume outbound environments
  • Ability to map accounts and develop territory plans
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Consultative selling approach
