**Plant Operator Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This is a multi-skilled plant operation across state-of-the-art tyre recycling equipment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sorting tyres and recyclable materials according to prescribed criteria
  • Operating forklifts, bobcats, and excavators to move materials for processing, sorting, storing, and transporting
  • Operating recycling processing equipment, including crushers, shredders, granulators, and sorters, to meet or exceed market requirements
  • Loading materials into containers
  • Maintaining production standards
  • Monitoring equipment operation and reporting malfunctions to the Plant Supervisor or Plant Manager
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining inventory records
  • Cleaning plant equipment and work areas

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license
  • Previous plant operating experience with current license or ability to obtain license for forklifts, bobcats, HR and HC, Front End Loader, Excavator
  • Proven commitment to health and safety
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
  • Personal drive and results-orientated
