Job Title: Change Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Change Analyst to join our team in a customer experience (CX) modernisation program for a utility client based in Newstead. This exciting role involves working on a large complex digital transformation piece of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Play a key role in the successful delivery of the Change Management Plan
  2. Support the design, delivery and implementation of the Change Management solution
  3. Identify opportunities for additional change and training interventions required to help support the implementation of individual projects
  4. Assess the business and stakeholder impacts on the end user community
  5. Promote awareness and a positive perception of the Program whilst engaging stakeholder groups to meet project deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive relevant change analyst experience supporting complex ICT projects
  • Ability to adapt to continually changing environments
  • Ability to influence and establish credibility with senior stakeholders, take ownership and deliver to tight timeframes
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience/knowledge in using organisational change management methodologies and tools (i.e. Prosci)
