Job Title

Seeking an accomplished Technology Transformation Specialist to lead the delivery of complex ICT projects, manage technical implementation activities and drive business change.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Manage the planning and execution of technical project plans, ensuring quality, timeliness and compliance with approved methodologies.
  • Develop and implement governance and project management practices aligned with organisational frameworks.
  • Work closely with solution specialists, change managers and business analysts to ensure technical implementation activities align with business requirements.
  • Represent the program at senior levels, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications and/or certification in Project Management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in successfully managing complex ICT-enabled business change projects, ideally in a healthcare or large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary technical project teams.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong skills in project planning, governance, risk management and cutover activities.
