Job Description

Pitcher Partners, a leading professional accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to provide seamless taxation advisory and compliance services to clients across various sectors.

This role involves managing a portfolio of tax compliance and advisory clients, understanding client needs, and providing exceptional client service. Leadership is also key, requiring the ability to lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture that encourages professional development and upskilling.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing Australian tax advice and solutions for private and public corporate clients, acquired in a specialist corporate tax division or business services team within a reputable chartered firm.

This role provides a balanced mix of compliance and advisory work, with opportunities to expand skills and tax technical knowledge. Experience with corporate entities, international tax, and preparation of tax advice on complex matters would be an advantage.

Requirements
  • Completed CA/CPA qualification and progression or completion to CTA or Masters of Tax
  • 5+ years' experience in tax compliance and advisory
