We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our client's dynamic team. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting user-centric designs that elevate the customer experience across their digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Craft detailed and high-quality designs for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications, ensuring seamless integration and developer implementation.
  • Conduct thorough user testing and research to understand customer needs, translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Drive the integration of core customer experiences, enhance B2B offerings, and develop a holistic user experience that meets business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, QA/testers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and alignment.
  • Develop features that enhance personalisation and user engagement, including rewards and motivation elements.
  • Ongoing optimisation of the digital subscription experience, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through email, push notifications, and other channels.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Able to work independently while seamlessly integrating with the team.
  • An out-of-the-box thinker capable of solving complex problems and creating engaging user experiences.
  • Deeply understands user needs and how to address them through design.
  • Knowledgeable in how designs translate to front-end development, with experience in Figma and agile development teams.
  • Comfortable with user testing and discovery, translating research into actionable design insights.
  • Experienced in designing for both mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web applications, understanding platform nuances.
  • Values customer satisfaction and innovative design solutions, and can thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • UX/UI or Product design background required.
