Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our busy leasing practice while developing their professional skills in a supportive environment.

  • Support the leasing team with administration tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry and managing correspondence;

  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail;

  • Organising both internal and client meetings for the team;

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lease details in the leasing management system for both the team and our clients;

  • Database management;

  • Opening, closing and maintaining files;

  • Assisting in the preparation of correspondence and various documents;

  • Assisting the team with end of month billing;

  • Scanning and photocopying;

  • General administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

You will have a can-do attitude with a genuine desire to achieve client goals and pitch in with any task required to achieve those outcomes. You will also have:

  • Some experience in an office/corporate environment would be beneficial;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with an ability to learn systems quickly;

  • The capacity to work with high-volume tasks under pressure;

  • Excellent client service skills;

  • Friendly and professional communication (both verbal and written);

  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills;

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn;

  • The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team;

  • The ability to take instructions and demonstrate initiative.
