
Applied Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and professional Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide services to children and teens with Developmental Disabilities in clinic, remotely, in the community, and home environment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in the Allied Health, Education, or Psychology Sector and a Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. They should also have experience providing ABA early intervention or Behaviour Support Services and supervision.
The role involves writing, implementing, and evaluating quality behaviour programs, conducting assessments, training Behaviour Therapists, and direct service provision.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and be responsible for maintaining communication between team members and families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in the Allied Health, Education, or Psychology Sector
- Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
- BCBA or BCaBA qualification
- Experience providing ABA early intervention or Behaviour Support Services and supervision
- Previous experience with Management or Supervision of trainees
