About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant - Personal Finance Operator to join our team at our Bondi Junction Store.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting personal finance solutions to our customers.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Processing transactions in line with compliant practices
  • Using your personal finance knowledge to assist customers in finding suitable solutions
  • Proactively promoting personal finance solutions to customers
  • Liaising with customers in a respectful and professional manner

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a basic understanding of personal finance, and is able to build strong relationships with our customers.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A basic understanding of personal finance and its principles
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Basic Microsoft suite skills
