Workforce Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Services Administrator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for Employee and Industrial Relations, craft professional Recruitment, Transport, Camp Management, Site Access Control (Security) and professional craft Training.
  • Implement the Workforce Services strategy in collaboration with the broader team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an administrative capacity supporting functions such as Human Resources, People and Culture or Industrial Relations.
  • Administrative assistant or industrial project support experience is required.
  • Intermediate experience with SAP systems is necessary.
  • Sound knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding systems is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
Additional Information:

This position involves exposure to changing environmental, construction and operational conditions. Candidates must be able to use standard PPE.
