Senior Investment Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced investment accounting professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations for investment trusts and property portfolios.
- Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements and performance reports for investment properties and trusts.
- Process investment transactions, including distributions, redemptions, and new investments.
- Coordinate property valuations and maintain accurate asset valuation records.
- Calculate and process regular unitholder distributions.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis on investment performance and property assets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance and/or accounting.
- Previous experience in investment accounting or property trust accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as Xero, NetSuite, Tech1, or Microsoft Dynamics.
