Property Acquisition and Disposal Manager Job Description

The role involves overseeing the property acquisition and disposal processes, leasing agreements, due diligence investigations, town planning, native title, heritage, and other related functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of a wide range of property functions including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, utility, and land agreements within Queensland Health to support hospital and health services.
  • Sourcing and management of negotiations for new or expanded facilities, including hospitals, mental health community-based services, or support services.

To be successful in this role, it is necessary to have high-level knowledge of corporate real estate functions in the context of a large public sector organization.
