Job Overview

The successful Property Acquisition Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring properties that meet our clients' investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire properties through various channels to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends and property values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, agents, and other industry professionals to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Manage due diligence processes, including property inspections and financial analysis, to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements to secure favorable terms.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience in property acquisition or a related field is essential.
