Solution Architect

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Solution Architect, where you will design, develop, and implement scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions across hybrid infrastructure and customer communications.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and guide technical teams across the full solution lifecycle.

You will lead the end-to-end design and architecture of key projects, spanning applications, process, infrastructure, and data. You will also participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical workshops, and collaborate with global architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.

In this role, you will work with teams to design high-quality solutions that are innovative, stable and resilient, whilst conforming to architectural and security standards. You will also build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business or technical areas in the organisation.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for Architecture and Technology who can provide excellent architectural direction to our teams. You will be experienced in managing and building strong stakeholder relationships with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and innovative solutions across hybrid infrastructure and customer communications.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and guide technical teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of key projects, spanning applications, process, infrastructure, and data.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a senior development or architecture role.
  • Proven experience in client-facing solution design and delivery.
  • Broad technical expertise across Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure and networking, DevOps and CI/CD, Application development (Perl, Java, C++, web technologies), Customer Communications Management (CCM).
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS deployments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
