Job Opportunity:

A senior consultant is required to design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Participate in workshops and requirement gathering to understand customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design ServiceNow solutions based on both out-of-the-box functionality and custom requirements.
  • Implementation: Oversee and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, adhering to best practices and project timelines.
  • Technical Delivery: Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions using skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, including risk management and solution evaluation.
  • Mentoring: Mentor junior professionals, helping uplift their skills and capabilities.
  • Certification: Pursue additional certifications within various ServiceNow product lines.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development in a client-facing role environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, and Field Service Management.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in solution design, requirements gathering, process documentation, and continual service improvement processes.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
Qualifications & Certifications:
  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS ITSM.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified.
