Primary Objectives
  • Designing and developing cutting-edge technology solutions that empower businesses to succeed.

Main Strengths
  • Experience in Cloudera Data Platform and large-scale migration programs from on-prem to Cloud environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of data warehousing solutions such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Passion for building next-generation data platforms and pipeline solutions across the organization.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including leading and working on end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data architecture principles.
  • Confidence in leading, directing, coaching, and guiding engineers to achieve high technical quality and pragmatic solutions.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, YARN)
  • Advanced SQL programming skills
  • Proficiency in Spark for large-scale data processing
  • AWS Cloud services experience and certification
  • Deep understanding and experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming (preferred)
  • Expertise in dealing with complex file formats and structures
  • Traditional data warehouse concepts (Facts/Dims, normalization)
